Pfand ‑ Deposit & Cart Fee

I had accidentally deleted my product that made the program run. Niyam was amazing to work with. He never acted like he was frustrated with me. We tried it through chat that didn’t work. So we did a Zoom call and then he was able to log into my system and had it figured out. I could not be more happy A+ ++ Customerservice.

Ganz ehrlich: absoluter Top Support. (Niyam) Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Pfand-Berechnung (wurde nur einmal statt pro Stück berechnet) und der Support hat sich nicht nur schnell gemeldet, sondern mir das Ganze direkt per Gästezugang sauber eingerichtet. Kein Hin und Her, keine Standardantworten – einfach verstanden, wo das Problem liegt, und direkt gelöst. So stellt man sich Support vor. Gerade bei einem Thema wie Pfand in Deutschland, wo es schnell kompliziert wird, ist das Gold wert. Kann die App und vor allem den Support zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Nitesh und sein Team machen hier eine fantastische Arbeit. Selbst Custom-Entwicklungen sind teils möglich. Eine echte, nahbare Kommunikation und alle Probleme wurden bisher seitens dem Entwicklerteam gelöst. Eine große Empfehlung wer ein echtes und Logisches Pfandsystem braucht - vor allem im DE Markt. Wir als Online-Store und Retail-Store sind absolut zufrieden mit der Lösung hier. :) Ich freue mich auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit.

VERY BAD SERVICE!! the application does not work, I immediately wrote to the technical service and they still have not replied after 4 days! This morning the application is impossible to open. DNS error! Warning! uninstalled immediately!

Fantastic little app at a great price. Excellent customer care. I was trying to figure out a way to add a 2.8% fee to certain transactions on my POS only and this works perfectly! I'm impressed, usually I only find frustration in apps.

We hoped this app would help us with adding a transaction fee for credit cards. We had a difficult time getting answers from the app developer, and once they did the answers were not clear. We uninstalled the app after 7 days (which is the trial period) and they still charged us. We contacted them to ask them to reverse the fee, and they refused to do so. We were never able to successfully use the app, and got no value from it. It likely works well for other things, but not what we were trying to do. I do not recommend this app as the developer does not seem to be very professional or care about customer service. The fact that they would not refund us, even though we installed and uninstalled the app within their trial period (Installed on September 15th and uninstalled on September 22). Update: They issued us a refund after saying they wouldn't, only after we left this review and after Shopify Support directly instructed them to do so (because we only used the app during the trial period). Shopify does not manage refunds, it is on the developer to do so. I would have considered changing my review, but then they responded initially to this review by saying "2. The charging is managed by Shopify not us, for god sake don't lie." which is defamatory, and obviously so considering Shopify support confirmed.

We searched for an app that would apply a percentage fee both in our online store and the POS. This app fits our requirements and is not a budget breaker. Thanks to the support team as they were very responsive, helpful and got us up and running quickly.

An application with an excessively slow loading time, taking 5 seconds just to update a cart, is entirely unacceptable. The customer support seems to be making light of and evading serious issues. Within just 48 hours of installation, the website is plagued by problems such as reload loops and missing fees, significantly impacting user experience. This has been an extremely unsatisfactory encounter; I strongly advise against giving it a try.

Works good. I had run through a glitch but the developer helped me solve it. App 10/10 but support needs to be a little more active for emergencies. Either way this was greatly appreciated.

I have researched ad nauseam for an app that could create a specific fee and NOT conflict with my custom-built Delivery Date selection app. I FINALLY FOUND IT! I created a manual fee that calculates 2.7% of the cart total. I named this fee "Credit Card Processing Fee." I followed the detailed instructions for adding this code to my cart page. We are a wholesale website only, so I instructed all of my customers that IF they pay by credit card, they MUST select this credit card fee on the cart page. Any orders that come through as credit card payments and that fee is not selected will be immediately canceled and refunded. I am not 100% certain HOW you would convey this message on a retail site, but for me and my application, it is the PERFECT resolution to getting reimbursed for Shopify's 2.7% credit card fee.

Der Support war fantastisch. Wir könnten im direkten Chat Lösungen für Marktspezifische und rechtliche Hürden finden. Die Ausgabe des Pfandbetrags an hand der Menge und des Bundles wird im Warenkorb und der Rechnung suaber kommuniziert, so dass der Kunde stets informiert ist.

This is a great app has solved alot of issue, support is amazing very helpful and clear, willing to go above and beyond. Would be great if all app developer were the same
