Initially left a different review and the App contact me right away. I can not believe how Incredibly helpful they were - above and beyond service! It took several days to resolve my issues but they answered every questioned and kept going until my issues were resolved. I never expected that much assistance from an App. Highly recommend. Thank you so much! (original review) The app was easy to use. However I am very upset that I wanted to downgrade my service before the next billing period to avoid additional charges and immediately took away my service... that I already paid in full for using??! How is this possible? It should downgrade at the end of the billing cycle that I already paid for in full. I hope that we receive a credit to our card or our service is reinstated.

Unfortunately, due to Shopify’s current billing system, downgrades take effect immediately, even if the billing cycle has already been paid for. We understand this isn’t ideal and agree it should apply at the end of the cycle instead. We've since followed up with you directly.
