Awesome customer service. We spoke to few rep and we had the best customer service experience with Segmedina. She was willing to listen and very prompt at getting issues fixed. The app itself is amazing. Just make sure you turn the auto sync off if you do not want your import credit to run out quickly as that can get expensive. The app dashboard is VERY easy to use. Importing reviews is a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend Opinew.
