We love this app. It does exactly what it promises and has made our work so much easier. The features are reliable, the interface is simple to use, and it consistently performs without glitches. The real standout, though, is the support team led by Pramod. They respond promptly to every issue, no matter how small, and always follow through until the problem is resolved. It is rare to see this level of attention and professionalism. We highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a dependable solution backed by excellent customer support.

One in three scans the camera goes black. We tried 5 devices. They all have the issue. Extremely frustrating. Going to look for another app.
Hi, This is a known bug within Shopify Mobile for iOS. As an embedded app, we utilize Shopify's scanning code to read barcodes via the camera and have already reported this issue to them. We are currently awaiting a fix. As a workaround, please use our app via the free Shopify POS app, as the camera scanner is more stable on that platform. We regret any inconvenience caused.
