Thank you for reinstalling our app. We understand the pain of price increases and don’t take them lightly. As a small business, we face the same economic realities as many of our valued merchants. Over time, it becomes increasingly challenging to maintain our services at the same cost. Very disapponting, the app itself used to work well but they have increased the price every time, and the last one to US$20 is just ridiculous for the kind of functionality which is pretty basic. I will defintely be uinstalling this app

Price doubled overnight from $10 to $20. It does what it says it does, but doubling the price without any increase in functionality means that we will be shopping around for something that does the same ... for less.

On the Shopify App Store, basic picklist applications are typically priced under $10, while full-featured apps range from $20 to $300. We've added many new features and improvements to our app based on feedback from our customers. Our full-featured picklist app now offers automated fulfillment, multi-location support, grouping and sorting, barcode scanning, product locations, picklist sharing, exports, history, and printing. At $20 USD, BR Pick List Pro is currently the most affordably priced full-featured Shopify pick, pack, and fulfill app in the market. Our team also develops and maintains two other Shopify apps. Our dedicated full-time developers and support team are our most valuable asset and also our primary expense. We no longer have part-time staff, and the revised pricing structure enables them to focus entirely on improving and supporting our Shopify apps. Thank you for your continued support. I would love to give this app 5 stars. The app itself is fantastic. But doubling the price from $10 to $20 with no additional features is absolute madness. I'll move to Pickify. It doesn't do everything Pick List Pro does, but it's $1.99/month. I can deal with losing some of the features to save $18/month, especially given that my shop is very low volume these days.

Used this app for years, then they increased the price by four times and squeezed me out. Classy. In response to your cut and paste comment below, I would just say, first, I found a replacement app that does the same thing for $2/mo; second, you should have "grandfathered" in your existing subscribers and charged this new fancy price for new signups. Shopify store owners pay way too much for apps, so when you raise the price you are hurting small business. Anyways, I happy to go elsewhere if that's how you want to treat your existing customers.
