download the app, done all the instructions but no matter what I do it doesnt show up on the website its been enabled in the theme and everything.

Thanks for trying out the app and sorry for the troubles. While the app should work for most themes out of the box, it unfortunately does not for more custom themes due to differences in layout. If you're still interested please reach out to support and I may be able to update the settings to work for your specific theme.
