Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver

Cannot recommend the alpaca app enough. It allows us to offer a really seamless and sophisticated pickup/local delivery service for our customers and the customer support is above and beyond.

Great app but even better customer support. They were very quick to reply and solve my issues. I highly recommend Alpaca for anyone who wants to offer pickup in their Shopify store.

This app has been a fantastic tool for us, especially during the rolling lockdowns we have faced. The customer support is absolutely fantastic and VERY quick. We truly appreciate all their help and we always recommend this app to others!

We have tested many similar apps, and although Alpaca is a bit more pricey than some of it competitors, we came to the conclusion that it is superior: -Very configurable. -Great admin interface. -Works with multi-language websites (did not work with several other similar apps) -Friendly, efficient and fast support.

Great customer service and easy to use. We use Alpaca to handle our flash sales that require scheduled pick up times.

Awesome features & UI. We're still in the trial phase, but already loving it. Saving us lots of time already, because it has the features we need right out of the box. On top of that, the documentation is quite thorough, and customer service is excellent.

This app is PHENOMENAL, very user friendly and if there’s something you need, the developers are very responsive and make it happen! This was our third pickup/delivery app to try for our website and it is by far the absolute best.

Amazing app! After looking for countless hours for a good app to solve delivery customization and scheduling I stumbled across Alpaca. By far the best available for delivery and booking customization. It is the only app I have seen that actually allows you to customize and schedule delivery options for multiple products at checkout instead of each product individually. If that wasn’t enough the backend order update and route generation systems are amazing! The team at Alpaca provided the best customer support I have seen on any shopify app and were more than willing to call to answer any questions I had and help me setup the app exactly how we needed it!

Amazing Shopify app, fully optimises local deliveries, pickups, and shipping. Customer service is top notch, so helpful!! Many customisable options for every business, if you haven't got it already, you're missing out.

If I could add more stars to this review I would! We were looking for an app to help take the place of multiple and help streamline our order fulfillment process, in addition to creating a more user friendly solution to booking pick ups and offering a new delivery service. If you're on the fence about this app, don't be. Natively there are so many great features this app offers, but what is even more impressive is the foresight and ambition of the team behind this app. They've gone above and beyond helping us get our site set up for our sale and I'm extremely excited to see them roll out updates with more useful features. Thank you team Alumworks for Alpaca and the service. By far the best I've service of any app I've worked with within shopify.

A++! Ryan helped me through my entire setup, and even went above and beyond for what my subscription offered. I'm a big believer in always giving more than you take, and these guys live by that in how they treat their customers. If you are looking for local pickup and delivery to be extremely seamless, or are struggling with setup, please do yourself a favor and install alpaca. This app has made our curbside pick up and delivery system 10 times easier on both the front end and back end. We no longer have to worry about customers placing orders and showing up 10 minutes later or not knowing when we deliver, which is so great! In addition, Ryan and Josh could not have been more helpful and responsive! Their support was incredible during the integration process. We're definitely moving from the monthly plan to the annual plan, it's worth every penny!
