Terrible customer service and a lack of quality install instructions are no-gos for me. I even scheduled a Zoom appointment, waited for 25 minutes, and no one showed up. I have wasted days trying to get help to make this app work. No more.

Noone has reached out since 3/4 days after the query has been raised. My customers date and time of requirement is not being synced with my orders. How am I supposed to figure that out. This is the most basic step, and the service that is supposed to be provided by the app.
