The Sublime World review for Picture It: AR & Art Previews

Picture It has quickly become an invaluable part of my e-commerce website. After demo-ing other virtual room software for my Shopify photo gallery - my best experience by far, has been with Picture It. For example: literally within a minute of typing a tech question to the support team, Alex himself (owner of Picture It) responded immediately. He took as much time as was needed to show me how to achieve the various things I was trying to do; even sending me screen shots and customized video to show me exactly how to execute the changes on my own. And where the tech did not exist to do certain things yet, Alex made product design notes with an enthusiastic offer to incorporate into the software program. I've never in my professional life received such a superior level of tech and customer support than I have with Picture It. Even before Alex responded to my text, an AI guide appeared with detailed suggestions on what to do next. With Picture It, customers that come to my online photo gallery can now see what each piece of art looks like on a virtual wall, and they also have the option to view in AR on a room in their own homes. I am confident this software program - both now - and as it develops further - will be an invaluable tool in helping customers decide what pieces of art, sizes and frame options work best, before they make the final purchase. Smart technology with immediate and personalized tech support are hard to find these days. I can't recommend Alex and Picture It highly enough.
