Form was easy to use but I’ve been having issues with being sent notifications for completed forms as well as clients saying they are unable to submit/complete the form.
We feel really sorry for any troubles or unpleasant experience we brought to you. Our technical customer service has contacted you. Could you please give us feedback about your specific problem asap after receiving the email? Please be assured we guarantee we will help solve it properly. We love this app for creating more customized forms. There are many templates to choose from, even on the free plan. Lots of customization options and it's basically plug and play creating a new form. Highly recommend if you are looking for forms that go beyond the basic Shopify offering!

Pify form has one of the most helpful customer service representatives I've ever worked with. They're quick and always have an answer! The app is quite customizable too, I was able to achieve the vision I wanted.

Great app. I moved over from Jotform and glad I did. Takes a couple of goes to get used to the platform but real easy once you get going. Got forms all over my website now and its increasing enquiries. Had a couple of IT fixes required and questions. Lily and the team responded very quickly. They'll keep helping until its resolved.

Pify is a great and simple to set up form building tool. It's richt in features and works well. So far the promo talk... It has one huge flaw. I use Pify mostly for people to upload images. Their image load speed is reminiscent of 1996. I don't know what kind of server they use, but it belongs in a museum. I managed to go the the shopify store, look for the review function and write all of this whilst Pify's server is bellowing huge clouds of smoke whilst trying to load 15 simple images (10mb or less is my setting). Please Pify, fix this. You deserve a glowing 5 stars if you do!

Perfect for what we needed to do! It has conditions and and you can really customize your forms in several ways! I had a little issue with some conditons but support was quick at fixing it!

Pify Form Builder is user-friendly and makes it incredibly easy to create and edit forms for your Shopify store. The app also also allows you to manage responses. Highly recommended.
