Good app! They ready to help you. It's also possible to customize Thank you page, so customer can submit just after checkout.

It's easy to build any form. I'd love to use it agian. The free plan is enough for the starting of shopify.

I am just getting started with this app but so far customer service has been super helpful with some small tweaks I needed. This was the only app I could find that has image pickers which is a feature I was really looking for.

So customizable, so far so good. i like you can cahnge fonts and add pictures. you can custimize everything its good. Great stuff
