The server side requests are coming very late, so the loading time of the form is also very late.

The app has been greatly improved. Customer service is very fast attending and resolving later. The design is very elegant. I had a problem with the creation of customer accounts through the form because I was not placing the phone correctly, (my mistake) the customer service of this application detected it and helped me to solve it. I have discovered more ways like the welcome one. The APP is very complete with reasonable prices in the monthly plans. 100% recommendable!!

The last few weeks, i have tried many form make, and this one is perfect for my need. On the free plan i even can remove the pify branding.

I needed it for a simple form, but I am not very skilled at navigating technical instructions.....Sunny (customer service) was amazing at guiding me through the process and more importantly, installed the app for me on my website! Her perseverance and patience with me was fantastic! I highly recommend this company, particularly for techno challenged people like me.......

We finalized this app after analyzing a few other apps. This app does everything that the other apps do. We like the fact that Pify allows file uploads. The backend was pretty intuitive and user-friendly. The form allows logic functionality which can be easily implemented at the backend. The support team was fantastic - not only did they resolve our issues as the earliest but they were also accommodating with requests. Thank you, team Pify!

I used this app to make in-person class registration forms. The form making part of the app is super easy and intuiative. I didnt even watch or read the instructions. For my application I needed some liquid code done and Sunny was great we did it all for me, was super nice and quick. And the price is right!!!!

So far so good using the free version. Wish I could change the fonts more easily though. Easy to use and easy to publish.

If you need to add a custom font. Please unhesitatingly contact our support. We are happy to help. And we are going to improve the fonts custom in the next version soon. Thanks for your suggestion. 2/3/24: I will be looking for another email app. Recently, I'd noticed on the emails I receive (when someone fills out one of the contact forms I have up, there is an 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email with no explanation about what you are unsubscribing from. They get a confirmation of their email as well, so they are seeing this unsubscribe as am I when I get the emails delivered to my email program. There's no telling how many may have hit 'unsubscribe' thinking I had added them to a mailing list when I haven't. BIG negative when I am paying monthly for this email app. Excellent customer service! Responds quickly to messages and helped me with an issue. I also like that they don't spam you with miscellaneous stuff in emails. This email app was just what I was looking for. 5/15/23: Updating my review because EVERY time I go to my list of contact forms, it prompts me to leave a review when I have already done so. VERY annoying when I am paying for this app already. 6/11/23: Updating my review since the popup finally stopped every time I would access my Pify Form dashboard.

Love it! Easy to make forms and at a great price ( I compared 3 options and this was the best). Also, I needed additional customization and Pifyapp got back to me really fast and worked on what I needed. I am a happy customer. I highly recommend them. Thank you, guys!
