Impressed by how well this works. We've tried other engagement apps but nothing compares. The automatic ticket generation based on purchase history is brilliant - rewards loyal customers without extra work on our end. Customer support is responsive and actually helpful (rare these days!). Highly recommend to anyone looking to boost engagement and sales.

This app paid for itself in the first week. We used it to clear out old inventory by offering high-ticket items as prizes. Sehar from support was super helpful when I needed to adjust ticket rules mid-campaign. For the price, it is no brainer. I would love more features

PineRaffle is an excellent platform for running giveaways and sweepstakes with ease. The setup process is quick and straightforward, even for users with no technical background. One of the standout features is the ability to create purchase-based entries and offer custom rewards, which makes it a powerful tool for increasing engagement and driving more participation.

This app does not work. Particpants were allocated the wrong amount of tickets, I contacted support who would not resolve this so I ended up spending 3 hours of my time going through almost 300 partipants and editing all the amounts. Some were allocated either 1000s of extra tickets or just 1 or 2 extra (hard to notice) or were completely missing. It also would not let me add the missing entries. DO NOT use this app. I suspect the positive reviews are from people who did not double check the data for errors. I'll be using a spreadsheet for my raffle prize draw now. A waste of money and time using this app.
