This app does not work. Particpants were allocated the wrong amount of tickets, I contacted support who would not resolve this so I ended up spending 3 hours of my time going through almost 300 partipants and editing all the amounts. Some were allocated either 1000s of extra tickets or just 1 or 2 extra (hard to notice) or were completely missing. It also would not let me add the missing entries. DO NOT use this app. I suspect the positive reviews are from people who did not double check the data for errors. I'll be using a spreadsheet for my raffle prize draw now. A waste of money and time using this app.

This is the worst app I have ever come across. DO NOT GO NEAR IT!! Reports show 600 entries for people who have one entry, and hundreds of missing entries. Excuses (if they reply to you) range from server issue to "sorry about that". If I could sue you guys, I absolutely would.

App has bugs. Emailed support with no answer. We re paying $19.99 a month and have an expectation if we are experiencing a problem with YOUR APP, that you would contact us back to resolve.

this app is pretty much junk. in the middle of a giveaway and says pine raffle.com server is down and no customers can sign up!
