App has bugs. Emailed support with no answer. We re paying $19.99 a month and have an expectation if we are experiencing a problem with YOUR APP, that you would contact us back to resolve.
We regret the inconvenience. We responded to your query and followed up as well. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here if you need further assistance.

this app is pretty much junk. in the middle of a giveaway and says pine raffle.com server is down and no customers can sign up!
We were experiencing a server outage at the time. This has since been resolved and the app is back up. We apologize for this and have sent you app credits to offset your app charges due to this occurrence.
