I had already deleted the Pixee – Multi Pixel & Meta Ads app, but I have still been billed for the yearly subscription. Since I only used the app during the free trial period, I kindly request that you do not charge me for the annual plan. When I contacted Shopify support, they informed me that I need to cancel the subscription directly through your app. However, I do not see any option in the app to deactivate my plan. I even switched to the free plan, but it is still showing a payment request. Please cancel this subscription and remove the yearly charge from my Shopify bill. The bill also includes charges for other useful apps, and I don’t want to be incorrectly billed for an app I am no longer using.

j'ai juste fait un essaie gratuit de 7 jours, je n'ai pas été satisfait mais vous voulez me faire payer un abonnement que je ne vais pas consommer, normalement il devais avoir une parti annulation d'abonnement après essaie gratuit ou continuer !

Our team reached out to you multiple times via email to assist and clarify the situation, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response. As mentioned, your 7-day free trial had ended before the app was uninstalled, which is why Shopify automatically processed the charge. That said, as a gesture of goodwill, we’ve already issued you a full refund of $99 as an app credit, and shared the confirmation details in our messages. We always strive to provide transparent billing and responsive support.
