I had already deleted the Pixee – Multi Pixel & Meta Ads app, but I have still been billed for the yearly subscription. Since I only used the app during the free trial period, I kindly request that you do not charge me for the annual plan. When I contacted Shopify support, they informed me that I need to cancel the subscription directly through your app. However, I do not see any option in the app to deactivate my plan. I even switched to the free plan, but it is still showing a payment request. Please cancel this subscription and remove the yearly charge from my Shopify bill. The bill also includes charges for other useful apps, and I don’t want to be incorrectly billed for an app I am no longer using.

I had an issue connecting meta pixels and the guys were extremely fast and helpful.

This App is easy to set up and good to use. And track the Facebook events correctly. Highly recommend.

Very great app by itself. And also the team is very very helpful and skilled! The best multi pixel tracking app out there! Especially Maynul was very helpful! 10/10
