I had already deleted the Pixee – Multi Pixel & Meta Ads app, but I have still been billed for the yearly subscription. Since I only used the app during the free trial period, I kindly request that you do not charge me for the annual plan. When I contacted Shopify support, they informed me that I need to cancel the subscription directly through your app. However, I do not see any option in the app to deactivate my plan. I even switched to the free plan, but it is still showing a payment request. Please cancel this subscription and remove the yearly charge from my Shopify bill. The bill also includes charges for other useful apps, and I don’t want to be incorrectly billed for an app I am no longer using.
