no suport at all, just money making machine, perfect legal scam
Hi, this characterization is simply not accurate. Your store used the app exclusively on the free plan, was never charged, and we have no record of any attempt to contact support. We’re always available through the app and would be happy to help with any genuine issue you encountered.
The app helped us connect our Shopify store with ChatGPT Ads and track product feed and conversion events. The support team has been very responsive and helped us understand feed setup, conversion tracking, and attribution details. Helpful app for merchants testing ChatGPT Ads.

Great app! Connects to Openai ads for you and handles the pixel/conversions as well as providing deep attribution into how your ads are performing. Support is fast as well!

Easy to install and setup. I had a small glitch that was just my interpretation of a setting, but support sorted it out very quickly. I have my ads up and running in openAI ads manager and this is all linked correctly and working. Within 1/2 hour of correctly setting up I'm already seeing traffic from my ad showing up in the app. I highly recommend this app

Setup up was easy and we can see server side events reaching OpenAI, campaigns optimizations improving and waiting on our first sales to take the most our of the Analytics features, would recommend!
