Shame! Bad experience. I never used the app because I couldn’t connect my TikTok account to Shopify, but I was forced to pay for quite a long time without even using the app. I do not recommend it!

I don’t recommend it to anyone! Used the app for only 1 day and it did not work properly. Full of bugs when adding or disabling a pixel, it duplicated pixels automatically. I uninstalled it the same day, still paid the monthly fee, and was charged again even after uninstalling. Tried contacting support multiple times through the official channel and never received any response.

Thank you for your review. Our records show that the app has been installed multiple times (approximately 10 installations) across your stores. At present, the stores are closed due to unpaid charges. Given these records, we’d like to clarify how this situation constitutes a scam, as the charges are a result of active installations and unpaid billing, not unauthorized activity.

You’ve been using the app since March 2025, during which time it has been a paid app. For reference, your store generated 32,026 total events and 165 purchase events, confirming active usage and resource consumption. Very bad experience. After installing the FREE app they start charging you for EVERY order that comes into your e-shop but not from TIKTOK!! Watch out for this! This is not mentioned in the plan and is very confusing and misleading. I have read their plan, understood but not correctly! I paid approximately $160 USD completely unnecessarily. They just talk to support and don't want to help. I definitely do not recommend this as an award winning Shopify seller!
