Shame! Bad experience. I never used the app because I couldn’t connect my TikTok account to Shopify, but I was forced to pay for quite a long time without even using the app. I do not recommend it!

You’ve been using the app since March 2025, during which time it has been a paid app. For reference, your store generated 32,026 total events and 165 purchase events, confirming active usage and resource consumption. We appreciate you reaching out and are happy to assist within our policy.
Very bad experience. After installing the FREE app they start charging you for EVERY order that comes into your e-shop but not from TIKTOK!! Watch out for this! This is not mentioned in the plan and is very confusing and misleading. I have read their plan, understood but not correctly! I paid approximately $160 USD completely unnecessarily. They just talk to support and don't want to help. I definitely do not recommend this as an award winning Shopify seller!
