Shame! Bad experience. I never used the app because I couldn’t connect my TikTok account to Shopify, but I was forced to pay for quite a long time without even using the app. I do not recommend it!

I don’t recommend it to anyone! Used the app for only 1 day and it did not work properly. Full of bugs when adding or disabling a pixel, it duplicated pixels automatically. I uninstalled it the same day, still paid the monthly fee, and was charged again even after uninstalling. Tried contacting support multiple times through the official channel and never received any response.

At present, the stores are closed due to unpaid charges. Given these records, we’d like to clarify how this situation constitutes a scam, as the charges are a result of active installations and unpaid billing, not unauthorized activity.

You’ve been using the app since March 2025, during which time it has been a paid app. For reference, your store generated 32,026 total events and 165 purchase events, confirming active usage and resource consumption.
