Very disappointing experience. Everything started with a bug in THEIR standard template. The column titles were misaligned and did not match the corresponding information. We reported the issue and simply asked for the standard template to be corrected. Instead, during their intervention, they converted our template into a custom template without informing us or requesting our approval. Because custom templates require a different subscription plan, invoices were no longer generated for our customers. We only discovered this after customers started reporting missing invoices. The same situation has now happened twice. The first time, support acknowledged that it was their mistake and fixed it. Now it has happened again, and once more we are being told conflicting information despite the issue originating from changes made on their side. This is not a user error. We never requested a custom template, and we were never warned that such a change was being made. As a result, our customers were unable to access their invoices, creating unnecessary disruption for our business. For a business-critical service, making account changes without consent, breaking invoice generation, and failing to properly investigate recurring issues is simply unacceptable. We are now seriously considering moving to another solution.
