¡¡Es increíble!! LLevo un par de meses usándola y la verdad que la interfaz es súper intuitiva y chula. Fácil de manejar y con muchísimas opciones para hacer que tu la tienda convierta más (sin costes ocultos). El carrito lo hemos llevado a otro nivel, sin cargar la página... Pero lo mejor de esta app es, sin duda, su soporte. Me ayudaron a configurar todo desde el inicio, en vivo. Rapidísimos a la hora de resolver cualquier incidencia incluso llendo mas allá de donde les pertenece. Para nosotras en un 20 de 10. ¡¡No dudéis en ponerla porque funciona de verdad!!

We installed this app specifically to overcome Shopify’s native discount limitations, which is exactly what third-party apps in this category are meant to do. Instead of collaborating on possible solutions, workarounds, or technical alternatives, support repeatedly deflected by referencing Shopify’s discount engine. Something we already understand and the very reason we are paying for an external solution. More concerning was the tone of communication. Rather than simply stating technical constraints, the representative escalated the situation unnecessarily, claimed to have reported the conversation to Shopify, and made vague allegations about our “behaviour” and “threats” without providing any specifics. This felt inappropriate and unprofessional in a standard customer-support interaction. We asked one simple thing: whether the app could achieve our required discount logic through configuration, workaround, or development. A clear yes or no would have sufficed. If your app cannot meet advanced discount scenarios, that should be communicated transparently, without intimidation, deflection, or insinuations. Based on our experience, we would caution other merchants to carefully validate whether this app truly extends Shopify’s limitations before committing.
