Why not geting any profit i sale 32$ product you saw me product price 16.62 and profit get $15.38 i get one order when i go for pay money its total charge 32$ from your side then where is gone my profit? You need to rapair your app you need to charge product price which one u saw dont charge our selling price

Does not reply to email queries, I wrote 3 times, no reply. Even getting up update on an order, no reply. Theres no point working with this company

We hesitate writing this review because, as a small business owner, we know how much these can affect our business, but working with vendors affects our business too and I think it's important for other business owners to be aware of what it's like to work with Plantboy. We no longer work with them because, as others have stated, there is zero customer service and help. We had to issue a refund for a customer because the order never synced with PlantBoy. After multiple rounds of emails to them through various channels over 2 weeks, we could not get a hold of anyone to help us remedy this issue. The customer never got the plant, we lost out on sales, and PlantBoy was unreachable. This is not at all acceptable to us as a small business and the service that we provide our customers. We gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the one order that did go through all the way worked seamlessly and the plant was very good quality. It was even larger than we expected. We had hoped to work with them closely, but with a complete lack of communication and customer service to help us resolve issues for our customers, we will not be working with them again.

Like an earlier review said, customer service is non-existent. If you have a problem you will NOT get a response. They have fundamental errors in there fulfillment app with syncing and displaying correct inventory. A great idea but not all the way there yet, too good to be true for now.

Pretty disappointing. First time user, there was a customer who canceled an order that had already been sent for fulfillment but not paid. Another customer needed the address updated. none of these changes synced to plant boy and it wants you to pay for all three orders, even if you only need the one right then. Customer service is non existent and highly unacceptable. They will respond to you in 4 days, which is bad considering we tell people 5-7 business days. There should be a deidictaed team to customer service, and if there is, it should be doubled. I ended up just uninstalling and reinstalling and that cleared the wrong orders out. thankfully I will not be using Plantboy or I would have to go set up each product all over again. Overall, the poorly built system didn't make me look great in front of my new customers because plant boy is unavailable for assistance. I have to say I’m shocked. I would find another supplier, they're really expensive anyway. I’ve always wanted a plant shop, so I’m starting the process on it all and figured this would be a good step. It was a little disheartening to receive no response over several days both times I’ve contacted them. Customers don’t give us that much time.
