One of the main reasons why we got this app was their google search product schema. This alone greatly boosted our conversion for the set of products that we used.

This app is really neat for those stores that need reviews. Stan was very communicative and answered all my emails within 1 hour. He also always kept me updated to ensure that we tried out all the new features of this app. And there are quite a lot of them because they are constantly shipping new stuff on a daily basis.

This is a great app especially for e-commerce reseller stores who are just getting started and don't have any customer reviews. With Platoria you can at least display reviews for the products you are selling. Additionally, the customer service is excellent. I had a couple of technical issues and the CEO reached out personally and took care of the problems very quickly.
Thank you for the great review! In fact, almost all reseller stores have a problem with a lack of reviews with some obvious exceptions like Amazon, Target, etc. So that is why we also have many larger reseller stores. If you have any further questions, you always know how to reach out to us :)

Simply commended for resellers like us! Any products with reviews work with Platoria. That fact makes this app basically a must have for any non D2C store. Honestly, I cannot fathom why this app is still relatively small.

Without a doubt, one of the main advantages of Platoria is their insane customer support. They are pumping out requested features on a daily basis. I asked them multiple things regarding the merchant storefront and they approved all of my requests within 24 hours. Keep it up guys!

Instalamos la aplicación hace unas semanas y subimos nuestros primeros resúmenes de Revisión de IA. El proceso de generación de ls revisiones funciono bastante rápido y sin problemas. Aunque estaba cuestionando un poco los beneficios de mostrar los contras tiene sentido para mí después de hablar con Stan, uno de los fundadores. Dado que Platoria es una aplicación de revisiones, tiene sentido también mostrar los aspectos negativos de un producto ya que no hay productos sin defectos. Entiendo el punto como propietario de una tienda de que tener algunos aspectos negativos es más realista que no tener ninguno y aumentará más la tasa de conversión

This app is really unique!! You dont need to do this whole process of collecting reviews from your customers. If a store already has reviews somewhere else like on amazon, it just uses those reviews as a base to create these review summaries. The whole app is also pretty intuitive. Clear recommendation from us!

I have to give the app a low review for the following reasons: although it does a fairly good job scanning the products and selecting the right product, it doesn't provide actual reviews. It provides an overview of the product which a shop would have anyways in the product description. The huge negative is the excess space the "review" window takes up next to the product with all the pointless 'pros', which is simply oversized and unsightly and not adapted to the theme settings or CSS. But worse are the 'cons,' which are illogical and make no sense at all for a review and are plain negatives and counterproductive for any shop unless you sell cars and want to compare car models. The final turnoff is the sheer imaginary price the developer has put for it: $9.99 per month for TEN 'reviews', $89.99 per month for only 100 products, and $399.99 per month for 500 products. I mean, seriously? This is not a review app. It's a product comparison app.

I understand your confusion about our app’s ability to generate reviews. We don't provide actual reviews since this would be unethical and would basically mean "fake reviews". What we instead do is, we provide "review summaries" - so we take real human reviews for each product from different vendors worldwide, pull those reviews together, and our AI summarizes those reviews into a summary. It is not an overview of the product but the summary of hundreds or thousands of human reviews (sometimes it might look equivalent to a product description). The Pros and Cons are just views of real customers who previously purchased those products. If a customer has a negative experience with a product, he will write a bad review, and our summary will reflect it. As for the price concern, we want to acknowledge how technology-driven our approach is. Platoria is one of the most technologically advanced apps on Shopify, equipping it with unique AI capabilities that indeed come at a cost. However, our primary focus is on the potential return users can earn from increased social proof, which usually outweighs the app's cost significantly. The Platoria team is awesome and helped me with all of my support inquiries very quickly. All-around awesome app and basically the only app on the Shopify App Store offering these curated AI reviews by going out and finding them for specific products across the web. Super cool.

The Platoria team is EXCELLENT and actually implemented an "Enterprise" plan on their app solely at my request, since I have way more than 200 products on my store. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to gain some social proof for products that are harder to personally gain reviews for on your own store.

However, I have to give massive credit where it's due - the owner reached out proactively to understand my needs. They then worked tirelessly to create a custom solution tailored to my business, exceeding my expectations. The app itself is fantastic – beautifully designed, intuitive to use, and delivers powerful results. But what truly sets it apart is the unmatched level of communication and thoughtfulness demonstrated by the owner.
