Platter+ transformed my Shopify store’s checkout game. The post-purchase upsell offers immediately increased our AOV, I set it up myself in minutes and required zero coding. I was worried upsells might generate duplicate orders for the same customer, but the app manages everything without creating order management issues. A++++++++++

I traditionally have been in the store front, retail space, so when I decided to launch my new brand online I was super nervous about deciding on who to build my website. After interviewing over 20+ developers I went with Platter and it hands down has been one of the best decisions I have made. They nailed the site, but also the speed and cost in doing so was amazing, especially for a new brand. Based on my experience working with them, the new Platter+ checkout app will undoubtedly increase conversations. It was already super easy to set up and fit into our theme beautifully. Platter+ has been an amazing tool to increase AOV on the Beautylux site by utilizing the checkout extensions and post purchase offers. We’ve tested a lot of different tools in this realm and it’s by far been the easiest and most intuitive tool of the bunch. On top of that it’s a flat-rate pricing model which you can’t beat. I’ve referred several of my brand friends to Platter since using this tool.

We made the switch to Shopify and Platter+ coming from Woocommerce earlier in the year. Hands down the best decision we made thus far for our business. We've been using Platter+ for a while now, and it’s been great. It integrates perfectly with our theme (which Platter also built), so everything just works right out of the box - no weird glitches or tweaking needed. That alone makes it a win in our book! The theme itself has made running our store way easier. It's clean, well-designed and optimized for Shopify instead of feeling like an afterthought. Customizing things is straightforward, and we didn’t have to dig through a mess of settings just to make it look good. The speed and performance have also been solid, which is a huge plus when you’re trying to keep customers from bouncing. One of the biggest things we appreciate is that Platter+ just works. We’ve used other Shopify apps that promise seamless integration but end up breaking things or requiring constant troubleshooting. Not the case here. Setup was smooth, and anytime we’ve needed help, their support has been responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for an app that won’t make you regret installing it, Platter+ is definitely worth checking out. It’s made our workflow a lot easier, and paired with their theme, it's been a game-changer for our store.
