Nous utilisons PlayShorts depuis quelques mois, et pour une marque de nutrition comme la nôtre — où expliquer, rassurer et donner envie est toujours un challenge en digital — cet outil est tout simplement parfait. Nous n’avions jamais utilisé de vidéos avant, mais l’intégration sur Shopify se fait en trois clics, sans prise de tête, et le rendu est super propre, surtout sur mobile. Nos clients adorent : ils comprennent mieux les produits, passent plus de temps sur les pages, et on voit clairement l’impact sur les conversions. Plus besoin (ou moins besoin) de devoir écrire des pages et des pages d'argumentaires, une bonne vidéo de 30 secondes incarnée par le fondateur et c'est parti. L’appli est simple, stable, bien pensée, et le support est aux petits oignons. Si vous voulez booster l’engagement et la clarté de vos pages produits grâce à la vidéo : foncez.

Excellente app, super service client. L'installation est simple, l'intégration au site est top. Pour une vingtaine d'euros par mois c'est un no-brainer !

We’ve been using PlayShorts for a few months now, and it has completely changed the way we present our products on Shopify. Before, adding videos to our store felt complicated and time-consuming. With PlayShorts, everything became effortless. We were able to add videos to our product pages, homepage, and even emails in just a few clicks. Our customers really enjoy watching them, especially on mobile, where the integration looks perfect. We even reuse the same videos in our Instagram Stories with direct purchase links, which makes the shopping experience feel much more dynamic and engaging. Since we started using it, we’ve seen a clear increase in the time people spend on our pages and a noticeable boost in conversions. The app feels well-designed and stable, and every feature actually makes sense for a real store owner. The support team is also fantastic. They’re quick to answer and genuinely care about helping you get the best results. Considering how powerful it is, the price is honestly very fair. We tried other apps before, but none were as easy to use or as complete as PlayShorts. If you want to make your Shopify store more engaging with video and actually see results, this is the one to go for.
