Déjà plusieurs mois que Observe Montessori travaille avec eux (bien avant l'app sur Shopify) et franchement, MERCI ! Leur solution est si facile, jolie et utile ! L'équipe est très réactive pour répondre à nos demandes / besoins et a toujours de nouvelles fonctionnalités à proposer ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.

L'app Playshort présente un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les clientes qui regardent les vidéos semblent convertir drastiquement plus (x16 par rapport au taux moyen). La mise en place est très simple et encore facilitée par la dernière version de l'app. Nous recommandons.

Client Playshort depuis le début, c'est rapidement devenu un indispensable pour nous ! Un prix attractif vs la concurrence, pour un outil à minima équivalent, si ce n'est mieux (la plateforme est vraiment bien construite et intuitive !). Pour finir, l'équipe est au top, Thomas est hyper réactif et trouve toujours la solution lorsqu'on en a besoin. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Great experience with Playshorts! The platform is super intuitive and the customization options are excellent. The integration with Shopify is really easy with the app. We’ve already seen a boost in customer engagement and conversions since using it. L’interface est ultra fluide, la prise en main est immédiate, et chaque mise à jour apporte des nouveautés vraiment pertinentes. On sent une vraie volonté d’améliorer sans cesse l’expérience utilisateur. + Le support client est au top ! Toujours disponible, rapide et super pro ! Application simple et intuitive, qui nous permet de valoriser nos vidéos (et bientôt nos UGC). Les fonctionnalités sont top, le support toujours réactif, et l’équipe ne cesse d’apporter des améliorations utiles à l'application. Le suivi des clients est proactif et minutieux. Un vrai atout pour professionnaliser notre site e-commerce sans l’alourdir.
