Very nice app! It show me what people do on my website, where they go, where they stop. I also use pop-ups, and now I have more emails from customers. Only bad thing – sometimes dashboard work slow, but not big problem. I recommend!

Plerdy is good app for my Shopify store. I like heatmaps because I see where people click. But first time it was little hard to understand how to use all functions. Now everything ok, and I see how to make my shop better.

I use Plerdy for multiple sites, and honestly, I’m really happy with it. The support team helped me fix a few issues, which is a big plus. It’s easy to use, and apps like Plerdy are pretty rare!

Plerdy for Shopify has some cool features, like the heatmaps and session recordings, which give you solid insights into customer behavior. I like how easy it is to spot problem areas on my site, like where people stop scrolling or clicking. But I think the interface could be a bit more intuitive – it took me a little time to figure out where everything is. Also, some of the SEO tools feel a bit basic if you’re already using other SEO apps. Still, for the price, it’s a good tool for anyone looking to analyze their store’s performance and make smarter decisions.

I’ve been using the Plerdy app on my Shopify store, and it’s been a game-changer. The heatmap feature is pure gold – I can see where my customers are clicking and what needs tweaking. The SEO tools are super handy too and easy to set up. Plus, their support team is very responsive. If you want to understand your visitors better and improve your store, Plerdy is definitely worth it.

Honestly, Plerdy is such a fantastic tool! At first, I wasn’t sure if it would be any different from the others I’ve tried, but wow, it really delivered. The heatmaps and SEO tools are incredibly useful and easy to navigate. It’s also great that everything is so straightforward – no steep learning curve at all. And seriously, the support team is super helpful and responsive. I’m really glad I’m using this tool!

ui/ux you have recording of screens but you can't see it it doesn't record the screens. very slow support. unfortunately I bought it on a lifetime deal my mistake don't do it yourself.

When I open it, it's a blank page, and server error often occurs.

Shitty app shows all my website as blank page, UI is so chaotic and hard to understand.

It shows a 14-day free trial but it actually does not have any free trial. When you try to upgrade from the free plan it shows it will charge you immediately

I was lucky enough to stumble upon Plerdy (which I disregarded at first because of the name) and after playing around with the features I was convinced that this is the only solution I need to help me optimise and improve our client sites - like no other agency is doing. Besides the ease of use of the app itself, I'd like to give their support 10 stars. Very responsive and quick to help sort out any questions that I had. A++ well worth getting if you're serious about performance.

I have used Plerdy on several WordPress sites and was excited to be able to use it on a Shopify store. Within days of setting up I am able to see great detail into what visitors are doing on the store. It has allowed me to make optimization to button text and other calls to action in short order. I look forward to seeing the visualizations provided into the future so that we can continue to make necessary changes to our content and other aspects of our store to better serve our customers.

If you want to find weak spots on your site and improve usability based on the data made by the program, then Plerdy is what you need. An alternative to Hotjar, but cheaper and with more features. Funnel analysis, Seo page analysis, site visitor behavior analysis, pop-ups. Great multi functional tool. Excellent support. I'm glad I'm on board.

The tool works great, I can understand what my visitors are looking at and what things to improve, this basically removes the guesswork which helps me a lot. The support is also good, they solve my queries whenever I have contacted them.

Team at Plerdy have been helpful so far. There are a lot of tutorials but the one that guides you to setup heatmaps seems like it was recorded for an older version. There's a lot of competition out there and I look forward to see how this product develops over time.
