Literally No support. Not able to open the App.Contacted the support.No reply yet.
Hi there, I was sorry to see a one-star review. I checked your support requests — the first one was on August 3, 2024, and we replied the same day at 22:30:56. The second request was on November 13, 2025, at 9:51 AM, and we responded to that one as well. I understand that it’s easy to feel frustrated, and receiving such feedback is never pleasant. Very nice app! It show me what people do on my website, where they go, where they stop. I also use pop-ups, and now I have more emails from customers. Only bad thing – sometimes dashboard work slow, but not big problem. I recommend!

I use Plerdy for multiple sites, and honestly, I’m really happy with it. The support team helped me fix a few issues, which is a big plus. It’s easy to use, and apps like Plerdy are pretty rare!

Plerdy for Shopify has some cool features, like the heatmaps and session recordings, which give you solid insights into customer behavior. I like how easy it is to spot problem areas on my site, like where people stop scrolling or clicking. But I think the interface could be a bit more intuitive – it took me a little time to figure out where everything is. Also, some of the SEO tools feel a bit basic if you’re already using other SEO apps. Still, for the price, it’s a good tool for anyone looking to analyze their store’s performance and make smarter decisions.

I’ve been using the Plerdy app on my Shopify store, and it’s been a game-changer. The heatmap feature is pure gold – I can see where my customers are clicking and what needs tweaking. The SEO tools are super handy too and easy to set up. Plus, their support team is very responsive. If you want to understand your visitors better and improve your store, Plerdy is definitely worth it.

ui/ux you have recording of screens but you can't see it it doesn't record the screens. very slow support. unfortunately I bought it on a lifetime deal my mistake don't do it yourself.

When I open it, it's a blank page, and server error often occurs.

Shitty app shows all my website as blank page, UI is so chaotic and hard to understand.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon Plerdy (which I disregarded at first because of the name) and after playing around with the features I was convinced that this is the only solution I need to help me optimise and improve our client sites - like no other agency is doing. Besides the ease of use of the app itself, I'd like to give their support 10 stars. Very responsive and quick to help sort out any questions that I had. A++ well worth getting if you're serious about performance.

Team at Plerdy have been helpful so far. There are a lot of tutorials but the one that guides you to setup heatmaps seems like it was recorded for an older version. There's a lot of competition out there and I look forward to see how this product develops over time.

I was looking for a CRO tool that could help me optimize my e-commerce sites fast by showing me the quick wins. And I found Plerdy. Its heatmaps, clickmaps, SEO checker, and CSS based goals have given me valuable information about my Shopify visitors. Plus their customer support is fast as lighting! :)

Everyone is familiar with Hotjar and i used it before , but when i came across Plerdy's functionality , support team and price there was no way for me to go back to Hotjar . This app is so robust and has all the bells and whistle you can ask for you ecommerce shop . the SEO is excellent as well and i use it with combination of another SEO app as well !! thanks guys for the great presentation and for putting this together . you guys Rock!!

DON'T BUY HOTJAR and get Plerdy instead. Such a great app that comes with a way more features than Hotjar. You can also scan your entire website for SEO and get some valuable data. They push updates literally every month. I would highly recommend get Plerdy. 100%.

I've been using Plerdy for a few months now, and I'm really impressed. It's the best heat map tool that I have come across. The tool also includes an SEO checker for your webpages which is really handy. The customer service is also great, Andrew the CEO always responded to my questions quickly.
