Plytix PIM Connector

We are a manufacturer managing a catalog of more than 1,000 SKUs, and Plytix has become a central part of our product information management workflow. We use Plytix across its different functionalities and have connected it to two separate Shopify stores, each dedicated to a different geographical market. The Shopify integration allows us to manage both catalogs efficiently from a single source of truth, choosing which products should be synchronized with one store, the other, or both. Our products require a large number of metafields at both parent and variant level. Plytix allows us to create, map and synchronize all of them with Shopify, including their translations across the different languages configured in each store. This has been particularly valuable for managing complex and multilingual product data without having to maintain the same information separately in Shopify. During the initial setup, we first imported the complete structure of our Shopify stores into Plytix, configured all the mappings, attributes, metafields and translations, and only then started using Plytix as the source for our regular Shopify synchronizations. This approach has worked extremely well for us. The synchronization process is reliable and gives us a high level of control. Whenever an issue occurs — in our experience, usually because of incorrectly configured or incomplete source data — Plytix's logs provide clear information that helps identify and resolve the problem. And whenever additional support is needed, their Customer Success and Support teams have always been responsive and helpful. For manufacturers or merchants managing large, complex and multilingual Shopify catalogs, especially across multiple stores, we highly recommend Plytix and its Shopify integration.

Working with Plytix for integrations is great. Loads of features, easy to use interface and a quick response team for any issues.

Just not a user friendly app. Matching and mapping are not user friendly. errors without error reasons. tested against other apps. this one just adds more work than it is really worth. maybe a 20% savings on verses simply uploading a csv every day... but the csv would be a lot less headache. unfortunately lacking in how to materials, videos and walk throughs. high reccomendation to go to matrixify or make. com first. make this the last stop in desperation only.

We’ve been using Plytix for a couple of months now, and it has really improved our workflows when it comes to keeping track of all our data. Especially the bulk edit tool, as well as the AI editor, have made the process much easier. The connection to Shopify, once built, is also running smoothly. We haven’t transferred all our products to Plytix yet, but we are on a good path to completing the task. Once finished, we can finally connect Plytix to more channels and use it to its full potential. The whole interface is really intuitive and easy to understand, without needing a lot of support. However, if we do need help, the support has always been great—the team is very friendly and quick to respond.
