Setup could not have been any easier; Maria is a pleasure to work with and got our environment setup across all of our Shopify stores. I'm now using Plytix for launches and product maintenance across 5 stores seamlessly. Now I just can't wait for the alt-text feature to come for product assets! Would highly recommend; this tool has already saved me countless hours exporting and importing products across stores.

I've been using Plytix PIM for 1.5 years across two different eCommerce projects, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The functionality and quality of this platform are top-notch. I use Plytix several times a week to upload new products, leveraging the seamless Shopify integration, which has significantly streamlined our workflow. The user interface of Plytix is thoughtfully designed, making it highly intuitive and user-friendly. The layout is clean and organized, allowing users to navigate effortlessly through various features and tools. This ease of use is particularly beneficial when managing large volumes of product data, as it helps to keep everything structured and accessible. The onboarding team has been incredibly supportive from the very beginning and continues to provide outstanding assistance. Their technical support is also impressive, with quick and effective responses to any issues we encounter. We are planning to expand our use of Plytix to different platforms, and it's reassuring to know that our product data is in a safe and reliable place. Overall, Plytix PIM has proven to be an invaluable tool for our eCommerce operations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a robust and user-friendly product information management solution.

Plytix is great! It is exactly what we needed to enrich our product data in the simplest possible way. We previously used to populate a spreadsheet and do some imports into our ERP as well as additional manual entry. It was messy and easily mishandled by team by mistake. Now with Plytix everything is streamlined, there are less steps and we are able to add so much more data to our products. This has allowed our reports to be more detailed and our customer filtering to be so much deeper and useful for all. Eva is our AM in Aus and she has been very patient and helpful throughout our onboarding. So glad we found them as there is no other PIM that I have found, operating in this simple spreadsheet like (but far more comprehensive) format. Highly recommend.

We've been using Plytix for over a year and it has been very useful in helping us organize product info for over 10,000 SKUs. Training was great! Well organized into weekly modules with a knowledgeable personal trainer. Customer support is very helpful and responsive, not only with real-time questions/answers but also in developing new features in response to customers' requests.
