Love it so far! Podbase has a super user-friendly interface. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, you’ll find it easy to set up and manage your store. The quality of the products is amazing, and we're getting good feedback from clients. We tried a few POD apps previously, but none of them worked as smoothly as this one. Also great customer support with super fast responses.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this company services. I ordered a custom phone case for a Galaxy S22 Plus and paid for express delivery, expecting the package to arrive within 10 days. However, after more than a week AFTER they ship the item, the tracking information had not updated. I contacted the company and was informed after a delay of 2 days that DHL had lost the package and they would resend it. I waited another 3 days, but there was still no update on the tracking information or a new tracking number. I reached out again to ask for a refund, highlighting that their shipping information was misleading and unclear. Despite my request, the company responded on after another delay of 2 days, stating that they had sent the package and that I could track it, even though I had explicitly told them not to. I decided to give them a bit more time, but as of today (25.06), there have been no updates. The tracking information still hasn't changed, and I haven't received any new tracking number or further communication. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you value your customers.

I am just now in the stages of creating designs for products and "setting up shop" before officially launching our e-commerce store. I have been in communication with the PodBase staff several times and I can't praise enough the level of customer service their employees provide! They are super responsive and take the time to write thorough explanations to my questions. I always walk away feeling like they truly do care about helping me. Their type and level of customer service feels very family-based which is a lot more than I can say about many of the other companies out there. Can't wait to go on this journey with them :)

We have always had great customer support from Podbase. Great quality products and prints and a seamless fulfilment process. Software platform can be a bit glitchy at time.

A great, easy-to-use app that can be used even by people who don't understand it and don't work on it. The helpdesk is very responsive, gives advice and tries to make it easy for the customer.
