Polar analytics is really a great analytics tool, they also have detailed documentation tutorials and a great and responsive customer support. For brands that are growing fast and needs to take effective rapide smart decisions i would totally recommend the app.

Polar Analytics has been incredibly helpful for reviewing our overall performance of our store. I've used all of the tools, Northbeam, Triple Whale, Whatagraph, etc., but there's just something special about Polar Analytics that these tools miss. Polar Analytics does a really great job of summarizing overall performance and communicating that quickly. While allowing you to easily segment across different countries and product lines. I can quickly determine how much we're spending across each segment to help optimize performance. The platform has been super helpful for creating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and annual reports for our senior team. The team is super quick with adding new updates, and I love how I have the ability to create custom reports. Super nice touch starting with their AI to generate the report that I can then finesse into the final version. Super cool!!! Nobody is doing that. Can't say enough good stuff about Polar Analytics. HUGE FAN!

We are very pleased with Polar Analytics. It has been an essential tool in serving as a central source of truth for our DTC brands. Their team is super attentive, and we're able to gather insights quickly to pivot / scale as needed.

Our business has quite complex needs when it comes to reporting and blending data. After searching for a tool that checks all the boxes (price, ease of use, functionality, customizability) Polar is by far the best option I have found! It has added so much to our BI toolbox, and I am constantly using it to find actionable data points. And the team is super!

I recently integrated with Polar Analytics and am thrilled with my choice. Previously, I was manually pulling metrics from many different sites and trying to sort through and present findings via Excel. I've had a couple of interactions with Polar's support team, who have been helpful and provided me with knowledgeable guidance during onboarding. Knowing that there's a team behind the scenes ready to assist gives me confidence in my choice. My first month with Polar has been a delightful introduction to the comprehensive world of data analytics. Its intuitive interface, analytical capabilities, visualizations, adaptability, and solid performance have made this brief period incredibly rewarding.

Highly recommend using Polar for your e-commerce business! The platform is fantastic in collating and blending the data from your respective sales channels to drive better decision-making. The dashboards and custom reports give you everything you need at the click of a finger. There is of course a bit of set up required depending on the complexity of your sales channels but the Team at Polar are super helpful in getting the platform to where you want it to be.

Great app, great team! The dashboards are easy to customize to highlight our most important KPIs. Building custom reports is really easy, and our Marketing team logs in daily to analyze campaign performance. The service and support have been A+. The Polar Analytics app has been an invaluable tool for optimizing our reporting. We have 5 Shopify + 1 Amazon store. But what really sets it apart is the exceptional support and onboarding team. They go above and beyond to help you make the most of the app and accommodate any business needs. They even adjusted some of their features and roadmap for us. The out-of-the-box reports provide great insights, and the powerful custom features allow you to tailor reports to fit your exact business requirements. I've been able to build customized reports to analyze metrics specific to all of our goals. Polar has completely changed the way we work for the better. If you have multiple stores, ad accounts, email marketing etc, you need to try Polar asap. UI is amazing, support is super helpful and you can easily create your own custom metrics and dashboards.

I spent months looking for an analytics tool that was able to answer all of our questions and in the end Polar was the one. While there are many powerful tools out there, Polar was the only one that felt like it was designed for our business. The support has been incredible and been super helpful in getting us all set up.
