Not all the features are available yet (export over 1000 lines, customize charts, customize member access, etc.) but Polar is very attentive to our needs and works hard to respond quickly. Great addition to our Shopify store. Allows for easy access to data in one place, and saves us ton of time when pulling data for reports. The support team is also great, always responds to our requests within a very timely matter and always figure out the solution. Couldn't recommend Polar any more than I already have, we use it all the time.

Polar Analytics is the best and easiest-to-use analytics app I've found on Shopify. They come pre-loaded with key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS and Spend) that we're looking for, and have easily customizable dashboards and reports. Their support has been super helpful as well - if I do not know how to create something, they help right away.

One of the best, if not the best analytics Tools out there. We are integrated to Multiple Shopify Stores, Google, Microsoft, Criteo, Facebook, Amazon Seller, Amazon Ads, and Klaviyo, and Polar gives us the best analytics feedback from any system that we've used before. Their Custom Metrics and filters are also fantastic and easy to use. Pricing is fair, and very very good value for Customer Service. Excellent team over there in Paris, and always willing to help. Love it.

Was about to install the app, but the app asks me to verify email adress based on an email i never recieve. Now I have unstalled the app. Doesnt seem very professional.

Lots of variables that you can use to build you reports, which makes it flexible. The support team is super helpful. The app is relatively new, so many updates are happening. Sometimes this creates small set backs, but team is always on top to fix this!

The "Free to install, $0.1 per monthly tracked order" plan above only applies to over 10,000 orders a month - this isn't written on the Shopify app page, only on their website. I spent half an hour setting the integrations up before realising this; it would have saved me wasting the time if it was clearer. Giving them five stars though as it's not really about the product.

Polar has been a game changer for us! Not only are we making more informed strategic decisions, but we are overall much more efficient in our analysis. What used to take us hours to create reports now requires only minutes. The user interface is excellent and incredibly user-friendly. Additionally, the service we have received is top-notch. We have been blown away by the whole experience of interacting with the Polar team.

Polar Analytics has been a game changer for us regarding analytics and insights. CAC and channel performance with one click and so much more. And the support is amazing, I think I had 10 requests and questions the last two days, and the Polar Analytics team jumped in and helped within minutes and even built reports for me. I have tried many connectors and data tools - such as Klipfolio, Supermetrics, Power My Analytics, GDS, ... - and for our Shopify stores this is by far the best and easiest way to collect data and get insights. Polar Analytics include very powerful dashboards and KPIs with amazing flexibility. We also use Google Data Studio for channel data and attribution models. But Polar is best for custom reports and daily KPI monitoring. Easy for anyone in the organisation to use, and yet powerful enough to satisfy the most data hungry person as well. Call me a big fan!

Polar is easy to setup and offers tons of value, KPI's and metrics out of the box. 100% plug&play for ecom with the option of adding custom metrics too. The best thing about Polar is the user experience and the ease of use. I highly recommend it to other brands on Shopify looking to integrate their data into one platform.
