Started off excited, was told usage would be free to start, which made it easy to jump in and give it a shot. The concept is nice, but the execution let me down fast. There were no clear disclosures around invoicing or what would be charged, so that was a frustrating surprise! Communication throughout was pretty much nonexistent, during the whole experience and even after. Just silence. Ended up uninstalling. Cool idea, but needs a lot of work on transparency and actually supporting your users. After reading the reviews this happened to another business

Installation was super easy and the team was really helpful with any questions/requests I had. Overall the app seems to be performing well increasing the likelihood to purchase pretty significantly. I was surprised by how quickly our customers began sending out polls and making purchases. The app quickly pays for itself.

I installed this app just so that I could give it a 1 star review only because if I see ONE MORE UNSOLICITED EMAIL from your representee "Irene Contreras" in our inbox I will go crazy.

The app is very good. It allows higher engagement of customers with the website. We have the usage of polls increase steadily on our website. The support is top notch. Very responsive and helpful. Great work team!

I got a call from one of their sales reps, Kevin, who helped me schedule a demo. We installed the app the same day, and I've been keeping an eye on referrals and sales for a few weeks now. I’m excited to see we’ve already made our first referral sale! The installation was super quick and easy, all thanks to their fantastic support team. The best part? The app runs itself with no maintenance needed and the pricing is really reasonable. Highly recommend!

it sounded nice, but there is no free plan like advertised. you have to pay to use it. free trial is available but that's not the same. giving it 1 star for the waste of people's time.

Received multiple emails about them generating sales for other store and wanted us to try it. They sent multiple emails so we finally installed it. After that, asked them to assist us and take a look at our setup and no response at all from any person. We sent to multiple persons who emailed us before and after we signed up, they disappeared. It's a basic poll. Nothing spectacular.
