Claimed to be free when I installed it but now charges for usage and they can charge you anything they want every month. Forces you to accept this instead of being allowed to start with a free plan, they make you accept the paid plan and then have to cancel it.
Hi there, The popup you’re seeing in the app is for a 30-day Free Trial of our Growth plan. You can downgrade to the Free plan at any time during the 30 day free trial and you won’t be charged at all. We introduced pricing in May 2025 to help cover the growing costs of maintaining the app across tens of thousands of stores. The app had previously been completely free since 2021. Please note: usage based pricing applies to large stores with lots of traffic. Most stores fall within the $29/mo plan. We also offer significant discounts since we understand each store is unique.
