In spin the wheel the customer is allowed to try as many times as they want to spin with the same email. Their resolution is to hide the wheel after they used it once. And if the customer did not write the code down it is gone, the wheel and the discount, as they do not even receive an email about what they won. NOT good
Update October 5: Hi! Quick update: You can now include the winning discount code in the follow-up email so customers don’t lose access to the code they received. Pop Convert has been easy to set up and customize for my Shopify store. I was able to create a branded Spin & Save popup, set discount win ratios, control when and where the popup appears, and create a follow-up email for customers. The support experience has also been helpful. Judith assisted me with removing the watermark for free and responded quickly to my questions. The app is simple to use, has useful conversion tools, and gives me good control over the customer experience without making setup complicated.
