Good, This app has been great for our store! We have a regular subscription popup, but it also allows us to easily feature special events, and display a time-limited coupon code to subscribers. It's extremely useful and user-friendly.

They are asking me to write a review first, but I haven't received a solution to the problem yet, so I don't know what to write.

nice experience, easy to setup and integration

Good customer service - readily available. Lots of variations available to fit almost any website pop-up need/function. DO NOT GET IF YOU USE A MAC. COMPLETELY DYSFUNCTIONAL AND UNUSABLE.

I've only recently installed this app but it seems to be pretty good for popups, really good layout and I love the coupon box. The only issue I had with this, was that I also needed to be able to embedded into a page to allow me to collect emails from a page not just a popup. I think this is a limitation and something that has been overlooked during design but has some great features if it's just a popup that you need. I hope they add the ability to embed into a page as this would make this app perfect.

Overall the app is great for basic use. - Easy to use and set-up → I could create a nice spinning wheel fast - Responsive support team (responds immediately) - Webhook integration with my CRM - Analytics, including Cart activity tracker However, not adapted for my need because lacks more advanced features: - no possibility to add a dropdown in the pop-up (which is a way to segment leads) - triggering options are limited: for example, it can’t be “show after 40 sec AND on Exit intent”. It’s either or. - the webhook integration has no possibilty to add custom fields, and misses basic fields like "language" - some content elements couldn’t be changed (ex. the word “copied” in the results not translated..) - the obtained discount is not directly copied in the checkout (the user has to copy past manually).
