I’ve tested my website speed multiple times on https://pagespeed.web.dev/ , both with and without the app installed. I sent all the screenshots to support, and they told me they would look into it — but to this day, I still haven’t received any update on the issue. I also asked whether they offer a quiz option in their pop-ups, and the answer was no. When other apps like Klaviyo provide these features, it’s hard to see a reason to continue using this one. It feels like the support team has become a bit lazy due to the large number of customers they have, and honestly, it seems like they just don’t care anymore.

The support is fast at replying which is really good. However, the app does not have the discount features that are standard in Shopify. Also. since we got the app we have received marketing offers from other people who has told us they saw we used Pop-convert. We have not agreed to sharing our e-mail with other app-makers.

They prompt you to chat to remove their branding when it could be replaced by a button. They know prompt you to leave a review. I would imagine they do this to get more reviews.

App permite apenas uma análise rasa da performance das campanhas. Por exemplo, só é possível ver o número de total de visualizações durante todo o período em que a campanha esteve ativa. Não é possível ter essa leitura em uma data específica ou em um determinado intervalo de tempo
