Poptin is hands down one of the best popup and on-site engagement tools I’ve worked with. The platform itself is powerful, flexible, and packed with features that actually help conversions — from beautifully designed popups to advanced targeting and triggers. What truly sets Poptin apart, though, is their support team. I was integrating Poptin into a modern Shopify Hydrogen (React + CSP-secured) setup, which is not the most straightforward environment. The Poptin support team was incredibly responsive, patient, and technically strong. They didn’t just give generic answers — they genuinely understood the problem, walked through edge cases, and helped ensure everything worked perfectly. The product: Clean and customizable UI Powerful triggers and targeting rules Great performance Works well even in complex setups when configured correctly The support: Fast responses Deep technical understanding Willing to go the extra mile Clear, actionable guidance It’s rare to find a tool that combines strong product quality with truly excellent human support, but Poptin delivers on both.
