Hi, I installed the app a few days ago, it’s working fantastic! The support team was really helpful when I needed them (answer me in 5 min to help me for the set up as I am not a tech savvy). My clients did enjoy the 10% discount off, thanks to the popup. I recommend it !

App has a lot off functionality and options, esp for a free product. Once you get the hang of it, it moves along pretty quickly. Support is super - Nirupama answered every question I had quickly and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The support alone makes this app worth your time to get to know.

es fantastica, te ayuda a afianzar clientes y a conseguir contactos para poder enviar correos con promociones y publicidad y esto se traduce en ventas, es genial. Ademas gratuita. La opcion de pago os la contare mas adelante si la compro. La recomiendo 100% It is fantastic, it helps you strengthen clients and get contacts to be able to send emails with promotions and advertising and this translates into sales, it is great. Also free. The payment option I will tell you later if I buy it. I recommend it 100%

First of all, and most importantly - the customer service is above and beyond! excellent! the app itself is amazing, but what makes it even better is knowing u have a team behind it, that has enough patience to solve problems, give feedback and talk to u as a person, and not as a walking wallet. super recommended!

This is a very well done app. I am super impressed by its functionality and how much you can do with it. The best part truly is the customer service. I was in a pinch to get something fixed with my theme and the co-founder was actually the one to respond to me! He was very helpful and got back to me so quickly. I'll keep an eye on this company. I think they're going to do even more really cool things in the Shopify space.

I used this app to decrease our abandoned cart rate...it went from 64% to 41% over the course of 30 days. Customer support is amazing and are always willing to help! The $20/month fee has already paid for itself 3 fold. Highly Recommend!

Poptin was really easy to use and setup a variety of different sidebars and lightboxes to help with lead capturing and growing sales through promotional offers. I had an issue due to an update I did and Gal helped me right away! Highly recommend using it for boosting leads and sales for your site.
