Poptin Email Marketing, Pop Up

The plugin is functional, but in the past two weeks alone, there have already been 3 instances where the site took 15 seconds to load because of it. They constantly have some technical issues, but they never inform us first — I always have to reach out myself to ask what’s going on. They can’t compensate for the advertising budget we’ve lost. We spend $3,000–$5,000 per day on ads, and we simply can’t afford the site to be down for 6 hours. I’m giving 1 star because the support team takes no responsibility for the losses — they just apologize. Let me repeat: I don’t need apologies.

Been using Poptin for years. every service has native pop-ups, but these ones have loads more features and are easy to setup and track.

Einfache Bedienung, viele Optionen, das Design der jeweiligen Popups etc lässt sich an das CD anpassen und der Support ist Super! Es dauert nicht lange, bis man Antwort erhält und zusammen geht man dem Problem auf den Grund. Top!

Great app.

Installed in order to test it out but within a few fays "ONLY YOU" pop ups were showing to all of customers coming to the site saying we need upgrade. Not okay. I was super excited about this.

Very helpful and innovative product. More features than other similar products

Great support, quick, and made my first experience a breeze.

Poptin is without doubt the best tool for managing pop ups with multiple settings! Easy to install and integrate into your website. Special mention to Osama and customer service who answered my questions and solved my problem in minutes! Highly recommended

It's the first app I've found that can easily open a pop up when a Shopfiy theme button is clicked.
