They assisted me promptly with my needs, which included both installation and domain changes. They were fast, clear, and extremely helpful. Lovely little app, lots of great functions. A couple of areas I missed, meant I wasn't seeing any conversions, the developers soon pointed me in the right direction. Highly recommended.

I am using Poptin on company website and have done so for 2 years now. It is supereasy to use and set up - and you have tons of choices to tailor it exactly to your needs. Easy to adjust with own photos, colors etc. Can warmly recommend using Poptin with Shopify!

After testing several apps like Poptin I can tell you that the CX support provided is great! No issues so far with time zones, they always reply within a few minutes with a LIVE rep which is super important for me.

The support team is very kind and helpful :) They are not a `copy/paste and answer` team :) They are friendly and patient.

Im still new to using Poptin but I'm impressed with the customer service so far. Looks like a great tool.

I am disappointed in the app maker. They had a problem this week, in August 2024, where their system crashed and lost live poptins. That left our store giving away free product for no reason. I was not notified. I only learned that my poptin wasn't working by visiting my own website for a different reason. Support insisted that they emailed everyone, but I did not receive an email which could have prevented this problem. There was no email in our spam folder as well. This was the most disappointing part. On some other occasions, the product did not work as well and support corrected those issues, but it was frequent. The product is good when it works. I was most upset in the newest incident, which was insulting that they insisted that they emailed. I get all of their emails, but not this one...hmm.
