The app has been a great addition to our store. Plenty of customising to make it look and work how we need it to. We had an issue getting a function to work with our theme, but Dovydas was quick to get it sorted with their development team to have it all working as we needed it. Highly recommend.

Incredible Customer Support (this time from Erikas). Had to contact them a couple of times, always super fast and super friendly. Solution was always provided in minutes ! :-)

Just set this up and the team made it smooth. Paul walked us through the translation setup and helped troubleshoot the embed on our live store in real time. Quick, friendly, and knows his stuff. Five stars.

I want to leave a one-million-star review for Juozas. He spent over 5 hours with me solving every issue on my website, Titilio.com, with an incredible level of patience, attention, and professionalism. This was not basic support. He truly took the time to understand the problems, check every detail, explain everything clearly, test the solutions, and make sure everything was working properly before finishing. It is rare to find someone this dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Juozas showed outstanding professionalism, great communication, and a level of support that gave me real confidence. Honestly, he is an amazing professional. He solved everything, helped me through every detail, and delivered support far above what I expected. My rating for Juozas is 1 million out of 10. Absolutely excellent support. Great job, Juozas!

Erikas, hat uns sehr geholfen einen Mengenbutton hinzuzufügen. Dies dauerte nicht einmal 10 Minuten. Top Service und und ein Super Mitarbeiter. Ich kann die App nur weiter Empfehlen und denn Kundendienst sehr loben

Really impressed with the Kaching team, especially Dovydas who has great in helping me sort out an issue. We switched to Kaching Pop ups as we use Kaching bundles and One Click Upsell didnt work alognside it. Initially it didn't work so I reached out and Dovydas was really helpful in sorting out an issue with our theme and getting to pop ups to display correctly. Thanks so much, would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with the customer support team at Kaching Popup. The app itself is very powerful and easy to use for setting up upsells, but what really stood out was the support. A big thank you to Leva and Sebastian who were both incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and patient while helping me set everything up exactly how I needed. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Excellent support and a great app overall. Highly recommend!
