That said, there are still areas for improvement during usage, such as language localization, data export functions, and risk alerts for discount setup. We hope we can keep collaborating and grow better together through ongoing communication. The support team is incredibly friendly – kudos to them! Honestly, one-on-one human support is incredibly rare in today’s market dominated by automated chatbots. I just wonder if the founder will struggle to keep up with replies as more users join, haha.
