I'm currently using the free plan, and compared to other apps I’ve tried, Popupsmart is much more beginner-friendly and easier to set up. The interface is simple, clean, and doesn’t require any technical skills. I definitely recommend it for anyone just starting out with popups on their Shopify store!

Amazing app – powerful, easy to use, and future-proof! Popupsmart is by far the best popup solution I’ve used on Shopify. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to create professional, high-converting popups without needing any coding skills. Advanced targeting options let me show the right message to the right visitor, and the analytics help me track performance in real time. Since installing Popupsmart, I’ve seen a noticeable increase in newsletter sign-ups and sales conversions. The app is lightweight, loads fast, and doesn’t slow down my site. I'd say this the easiest app to use especially for personal customizations for products and promotions. I havent had any issues and don't have to pay a fortune!

Popupsmart has been one of the best Shopify apps I've used. No issues connecting to my Shopify and HubSpot, great customizations, and the support has been incredible. I get replies back immediately and they even helped me write a bit of custom code to get my popup looking exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend. Thanks, Popupsmart!

Such a functional and versatile popup builder I thought at first. Really enjoyed the way you can customize your campaigns at so many levels. But then it started to glitch and after reaching out to support stopped displaying at all. There's no option to simply cancel your paid plan and you have to reach out to them by email.

I installed app a few days ago. I got held up with settings- did not understand percent setting in trigger. no explanation available. I attempted to contact by email and the support chat. Days later no response. thanks for wasting my time. Shopify you need to start vetting these useless apps and verifying reviews. Do you think I enjoy sitting here trying broken useless apps. major annoyance.

I contacted Popupsmart for some problems I experienced, and they quickly responded and guided me to overcome them. They were fast and responsive. I did not face any issues after that. They are reachable 24/7. Kudos team!

For a shop owner like me, popupsmart is a crucial tool. This is not my first time using tools like this, But for popupsmart rises above others with their prices and advantages. They guided me when i integrated my store with popupsmart and even help me with the customization of my popup.

I am not a tech pro and I really don’t have much time to manage popups and I can’t deal with that all day. That is why I was hesitant at first but we had a demo with them and it is an easy tool to use. It does not take a lot of my time, and I can easily manage campaigns.
