They are awesome to work with! If you run into any issues, they are on top of it. They bend over backwards to find a resolution for you. Sounds like they have a bunch more features on the way. Cant wait to see them! Highly recommended.

Hands down one of the most responsive developers on the App Store. We’ve had multiple requests/feature changes prioritized and added. Shopify alone makes it impossible for a coffee shop to run. This app solves where Shopify falls short and makes it a home run. I love Shopify but didn’t feel like it was possible to use for a coffee shop until I saw this app. We do decent traffic and need something that’s reliable.

Highly recommend this app if you are running a cafe using Shopify POS. It has made inputting orders so much easier and when paired with Fresh KDS you very easily have a fully automated ordering system, removing all those paper tickets.

We tried this for a pop-up café as we needed a better solution, hand-writing dockets was getting old and Shopify POS isn’t really built for café service. Setup was straightforward, and although we ran into a small issue where the system wasn’t updating on the POS app, the support team responded quickly and resolved it within 10–15 minutes. Super happy with the service and support. We ran our first full day yesterday and the experience overall was excellent. Thanks POS Cafe for providing an option in Shopify

POS Cafe has been exceptional to work with. We have a retail store, bistro and website fulfillment business. For this reason, we opted for Shopify to be able to manage our inventory in one place. Initially, POS Cafe integrations were limited. This made promotions and running data reports difficult. We were not able to print to our kitchen printers initially either. I reached to POS Cafe and explained what we were in need of. They were responsive and worked diligently to make upgrades and find solutions. Today, POS Cafe prints to multiple printers, we can run sales reports easily and we recently found out it also integrates with a rewards program. We launched Shopify and POS Cafe 9 months ago. The printers were integrated and printing within 2 months and the reports were available within 8 months. I highly recommend POS Cafe.
