Burning Oaks Coffee Company review for POS Cafe: Coffee Shops & QSR

First and foremost, the POS Cafe app is an excellent add-on for any coffee business. We started our coffee business as a small micro-roaster selling our coffee beans on our Shopify-based website. When the time came to start selling drinks from a coffee trailer this app was the key to tying in our existing Shopify store with a fully functional POS system. We love the functionality to add modifiers and setting up the system is seamless. The online ordering option works very well with a WiFi printer and they are working on improving the functions as I write this review. Adam and Carmel are absolutely amazing, have excellent values, and are ALWAYS responsive and friendly, even if our problems are self-caused :) Despite the time zone difference, they are receptive to our needs as app-users and solution-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. We at Burning Oaks Coffee Company HIGHLY recommend this app and the developers!
