POS Cafe has improved my tea-ristas' and the chef’s accuracy in preparing customer orders. The app is intuitive and powerful, but what truly sets it apart is its developers who care about small businesses. After I decided to install the app, I was impressed that the developers, Adam and Carmel, reached out to schedule an onboarding call. This personal connection is rare, and it made all the difference getting up to speed using the app. I was also impressed by the video tutorials they have, which walked me through the setup in a clear, step-by-step manner. When Shopify’s quirks caused my sales taxes to be miscalculated, Adam and Carmel quickly explained the issue, provided a workable solution, and followed through until it was permanently fixed. When I needed my receipt customized to make orders easier for my staff to follow, they reworked it. The changes have boosted our accuracy and efficiency. On a busy weekend, the app glitched following a Shopify update. Adam and Carmel guided me through a temporary fix and reassured me that the problem would be resolved in the next update. They responded so promptly, I nearly forgot they are in Australia, and I am in the US. Their responsiveness, kindness, and problem-solving have been beyond anything I’ve ever experienced with a tech product, and I have over 20 apps on my Shopify store.
