Really happy we chose Post Co to provide our returns portal. The portal admin page is very well designed, the policy rules for example are very flexible, but also easy to understand, and configure. The help centre documents all the features really well. The number of returns related customer support tickets has reduced since using Post Co, and our customer support team can view detailed status of a return, and easily make changes if requested. Our returns processing procedure is much more efficient now, and staff new to the role can be trained quickly due to the ease of use. We’re retaining more revenue, more customers now choose an exchange, or credit, instead of a refund. Post Co clearly understand the challenges merchants face, and take onboard feedback, for example they recently added a paperless QR code return option via Royal Mail. Finally the Post Co team are a pleasure to work with, the support team know their product, and respond quickly. Special thanks to Jill who made sure we had all the information we needed during the initial sales discussions, and has supported us through onboarding, and post launch.
