LABFRESH review for PostCo Returns & Exchanges

One thing that's been bugging a D2C brand like us for way too long, is the return and exchange game. Having been on the lookout for the perfect return & exchange portal for quite some time, we landed on PostCo. And so happy we did! Where other portals and setups have limits in terms of bundling, currencies, return methods, language etc. PostCo seems to have hit the nail in terms of what a menswear merchant like us need. On top, they have an awesome and super reactive support / tech team, ready to handle your requests and needs. For perspective, PostCo has been teaming up with our WMS to custom build an integration of returns statuses and more. With this work, PostCo has helped cut down operational debt and customer service work by up to 45%!!(!) already a few months after implementing. Where 1 return usually came with 10+ clicks and a bunch of.. creative issues, a return now takes max 4 clicks, and everything just.. works! 10/10, can only recommend!
