We’ve tested several return portals and currently use a different one for our main store, which handles over 100,000 orders per year. Unfortunately, PostCo is missing several useful features that our other portal provides. In addition, we couldn’t process exchanges properly as they kept bugging when orders were released. Finally, since we recently merged this store with our main one, our one-year subscription was renewed even though we won’t be using it for the full term. We reached out regarding a partial refund, but were told this wasn’t possible.
Thanks for the detailed feedback and we're sorry to hear about your frustration, especially with exchanges and billing after your store merge. We didn’t receive a support ticket on the exchange issue, so we couldn’t investigate sooner. We take this seriously and will look into it promptly. On billing: a renewal reminder was sent before the annual renewal. Your refund request came about two months after the renewal date, which is outside our refund window. We understand the merge context and are open to discussing options.
